The geography of social media
Social media is more popular in certain countries than
others. In the first world countries social media is more popular than in the
third world countries, this is mainly because the rich countries are more
developed and further ahead technology wise. The countries which have a higher
use of social media than the average are Russia, United States of America and Britain
with Britain highest percentage of users in the whole world. Countries with a
very low percentage of users of social media would be poorer countries like Uganda,
South Africa and Asia
